The Faculty of Humanities invites outstanding candidates to apply for tenure-track positions in Biblical Archaeology

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem invites applications for a tenure-track position (open rank) in the Department of Archaeology and Ancient Near Eastern Studies, with a specialization in the Archaeology of the Southern Levant in the Bronze and Iron Ages. The position is open to all candidates who have attained a Ph.D. degree and to advanced doctoral students who expect to be granted their Ph.D. no later than June 30, 2025.

"I Know What You Did Last Summer": A Glimpse of the excavations and Surveys of the Institute of Archaeology, 2022 Season

On December 1st the Institute of Archaeology will be holding the yearly conference about the excavations of 2022. During the conference, the institute's researchers will present the excavations they carried out last summer and the progress in the research of the various sites (the lectures will be held in Hebrew).
