M.A Thesis Subject:
The thesis deals with the archaeology of mobility and rivers in Ancient China and their effects on processes of cultural change. He wishes to delineate the ways in which different cultural groups moved around the Chinese landscape amidst the height of the formation processes of the empire, from the Warring States period (475 - 221 BCE) to the Han Dynasty (206 BCE - 220 CE), while emphasizing the crucial role of rivers as spheres of multi-cultural interactions.
