The Faculty of Humanities invites outstanding candidates to apply for tenure-track positions in Biblical Archaeology

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem invites applications for a tenure-track position (open rank) in the Department of Archaeology and Ancient Near Eastern Studies, with a specialization in the Archaeology of the Southern Levant in the Bronze and Iron Ages. The position is open to all candidates who have attained a Ph.D. degree and to advanced doctoral students who expect to be granted their Ph.D. no later than June 30, 2025.

The Bina and Moshe Stekelis Fund for Prehistoric Archaeology

The Department of prehistoric archaeology, The Institute of Archaeology, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem

 

The Fund now accepts applications for the academic year 2021-2022.

This call to all graduate students enrolled in the department, affiliated researchers and faculty (guidelines can be found here)

Applications are due no later than 15th November 2021

 

The application should include: 

  • The research proposal (up to 2 pages)
  • A detailed itemized budget
  • Applicant’s CV
