Grew a software, websites and documentation translation services company from 15 to 45 people in one year.
Responsible for day-to-day operations including project management, recruitment and hiring, MIS, purchasing and financial reporting. Established Meridian in new offices as an enlarged operation with a trained team and well-defined operational procedures. Overseeing the projects through their whole life cycle, from client’s requirements, through coding and testing, problem solving, regular status reports, until successful completion while ensuring quality, timeliness and efficiency.

Quality Assurance Team Leader

In response to increasing pressure on delivery times and quality assurance, established an in-house capability for an automated testing of Accent’s multilingual Windows-based software.
Designed and developed the basic automated testing library to be used for Accent’s web browser, Dagesh word processor and other Windows-based products.
Assembled an automated testing group based on both existing Accent employees and new hires.Trained the group in WinRunner programming and in the use of the basic test library. Trained manual QA testers to perform automated test protocols
1989 AT&T Bell Laboratories, Holmdel, NJ

Used CommonLisp with Flavors on a TI Explorer workstation to create applications for a telecommunications network.
