Photography

The photography unit caters to the research needs of researchers in the Institute of Archaeology as well as external users.  The unit has undergone a process of modernization in recent years and is now fully digital. Photographer Gabi Laron provides digital recording of excavations, studio photography of objects, high-resolution scanning and computerized image handling.  Non-digital photography is also available.

The photography unit stores a large and unique negative collection documenting projects of the Institute of Archaeology.
